Fulci Zombie – Poster Zombie Mask is based on the 1979 zombie horror film Zombie, directed by Lucio Fulci. Based on numerous screen shots, Trick or Treat Studios art director, Justin Mabry has sculpted the most screen accurate Zombie mask ever produced. This mask comes in one standard size that fits most. It’s a molded mask made of latex that covers the entire head and has a slit in the back for easier access. There is a piece of gauze that lines the neckline for a clean break.
