    Return and Refund Policy For Orders With JP’s Horror

    At JP’s Horror, we want you to feel confident when you shop with us. We are a family owned horror shop, and we pack every collectible, mask, figure, piece of jewelry, and décor item with care because we know it matters when it arrives at your door.

    If something is not right with your order, please reach out. We believe in treating customers fairly and doing our best to make things right.

    Returns

    Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund once they are received back in original condition.

    For toys and collectibles, the original box and packaging must be unopened and undamaged. Collector packaging is part of the item’s value, and returned products must arrive back in the same condition they were sent.

    Please package all return items with the same care used to ship them to you. This helps protect your refund and ensures the item arrives safely.

    Canceled Orders

    Orders canceled before they ship will be refunded immediately.

    Once an order has shipped, it must be returned according to this policy before a refund can be issued.

    Refund Timing

    After your return arrives and is verified, your refund will be issued within 4 business days.

    For approved returns, the refund applies to the cost of the item. Original shipping costs are refunded only when the issue was caused by JP’s Horror.

    Return Shipping Costs

    When JP’s Horror makes a mistake, we will take care of the return shipping costs.

    This includes situations where the wrong item was sent or there was an issue with your order that was our responsibility. We may provide a return shipping label or reimburse the cost of shipping the incorrect item back to us.

    When an item is returned because you changed your mind or no longer want it, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the item is received in original condition, we will refund the original item cost.
