Our return policy is very simple. Feel free to return items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund as long as we get the item back in original condition. In the case of toys and collectibles the box must not be opened or damaged.
Refunds will be given immediately for canceled orders before they ship. After items ship the refund will be given within two business days of the item being returned and verified.
In regards to shipping fees and returns, if its our fault we pay all the shipping. If its your fault you pay all the shipping. For example if for some reason you do not get the right item we will pay shipping to get you the right item and we expect that you will ship the wrong item back and we will either provide you a shipping label or a refund if you pay to have it shipped back. If you order an item and then decide that you just do not want it anymore then you will need to pay to have the item shipped back to us and we will refund the item cost only.
