    Return Policy Conditions:

    ·         Most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

    ·         All items must be returned in their original, new condition. In the case of toys and collectibles the box must not be opened or damaged. If damage occurs from the postal service, then a claim must be put in and handled by the shipper.

    ·         Damaged items will require you to email clear and detailed pictures of all the parts that are damaged. Returns that have minor scratches or cosmetic dings are not eligible for a refund. All returns must be returned complete with all parts and packaging even if the item is being sent back as damaged. We pack all our items with great care to ensure your items arrive in the best condition and expect that you will do the same in return for a full refund. 

    ·         Refunds will be given immediately for canceled orders before they ship. After items ship a refund will be given within 4 business days of the item being returned and verified. Bank refunds for returned items usually take 3-14 business days due to processing between the merchant, payment processor, and bank. While purchases are instant, refunds must reverse the transaction and clear through banking systems.

    ·         Regarding shipping fees and returns:  If it’s our fault, we will pay all the shipping costs. If it’s your choice you will pay all the shipping costs. For example, if the wrong item is sent, we will pay for the shipping to get you the right item. We will either provide you with a shipping label to have it shipped back or give you a refund for the shipping. If you order an item and then decide that you don’t want it, then you will pay to have the item shipped back. Once we receive the item we will refund the cost of the item only.

    ·         Non-returnable items are: final sales, clearance, masks, blind boxes, gift cards sold as damaged items and items that are not returned by our return conditions.
