A delicate pewter heart pendant, the center piece enameled in a transparent red surrounded by an antiqued pewter Baroque frame with a skull profile on either side. There is a black crystal teardrop suspended below and the pendant hangs from a pewter bale.
On a 18” nickel-free chain, with a clasp fastener.
