Evil Dead

Evil Dead is an American comedy horror franchise that was created by Sam Raimi comprising of five feature films and a TV series. The series initially revolves around a magic book called the Necronomicon Ex-Mortis, an ancient Sumerian text that causes mayhem on a small group of friends that are on a hike through the woods for a night of fun in a cabin in Tennessee.
