This Beetlejuice Bishoujo Statue features director Tim Burton’s 1988 movie Beetlejuice. This fantasy, comedy film’s plot revolves around a recently deceased couple who start to haunt their former home. There’s an intolerable poltergeist named Beetlejuice from the Netherworld who tries to scare away the hew owners. The beautiful art of illustrator Shunya Yamashita shows great detail to this cute yet sexy statue. The strong makeup and half-up ponytail bring out the free-spirited personality and energy exuding from Yamashita’s unique design. Beetlejuice can be seen filing her nails while leaning against the tombstone as could be seen in the film that inspires this statue. The black and white stripped jacket is sculpted as a tailcoat, and is finely sculpted down to the tip of the coat. Beetlejuice’s fashionable looks can also be seen from the multiple watches on Beetlejuice’s wrist to the ring decorated with a large stone in the center! Beetlejuice stands over 10 1/2 inches tall (1/7 scale). She stands on detailed base modeled after the tombstone from the movie. This is a pre-painted PVC Figure. Comes in collectors display box.
